Taxidermy Mouse Workshop – The Wytches Cave, Glastonbury
16th & 23rd February

Join us for our first ever taxidermy mouse workshop in Glastonbury, hosted upstairs in the dedicated workshop space at The Wytches Cave.

In this hands-on daytime session, you’ll create your own one-of-a-kind taxidermy mouse from start to finish. Whether you want something natural, whimsical, gothic or completely surreal, you’re free to follow your imagination. No two mice ever turn out the same.

You’ll be working with a pre-prepared mouse skin, so there’s no need to do any of the gory parts yourself. A skinning demonstration will be shown for educational purposes, explaining how the process works from start to finish, but participation in that part is completely optional. The workshop focuses on the creative and construction side of taxidermy, making it approachable even if you’re a little squeamish.

All materials are included, and the workshop is fully guided, making it suitable for beginners as well as those who’ve worked with taxidermy before. You’ll leave with your finished mouse and the knowledge to understand how the process works.

Spaces are very limited , only 12 places in total, with 6 people per workshop to keep things relaxed and personal.
